belegio
Invoices, delivery notes & credit notes, automated from Shopify, with configurable tax handling. Hosted in Frankfurt.
Merchants create documents by hand: slow, error-prone and quickly overwhelming with e-invoicing, §19 or OSS.
Belegio creates documents automatically on payment, incl. e-invoices (ZUGFeRD & XRechnung, EN 16931), and sends them to the customer. Made in Germany.
zrapp für BuchhaltungsButler
Shopify orders as invoices in BuchhaltungsButler, with the tax from Shopify, corrections and cancellations.
BuchhaltungsButler users retype Shopify invoices by hand or upload them one by one. With OSS, EU business customers, refunds and foreign currency that quickly gets error-prone.
The app creates each order as a finished invoice through the API, with a payment reference for matching, and turns refunds into invoice corrections. If tax is missing in Shopify, it transfers nothing and says why.
EU Withdrawal Button & Returns
Withdrawal functionality for Shopify with email confirmation and returns integration.
Since 19 June 2026, covered online contracts require an accessible electronic withdrawal function. The declaration and its acknowledgement must reliably reach the merchant and customer.
The theme app extension adds the button and form. The app acknowledges receipt with a server timestamp and can match the withdrawal to a Shopify order.
Digital Product Passport
Digital product passports from Shopify, with the fields of the Battery Regulation, a QR code on the product and a public passport page.
From 18 Feb 2027 every LMT and EV battery and every industrial battery above 2 kWh needs a product passport. Direct importers carry that duty themselves, and no shop system has the fields for it.
The app creates passports per model, batch or item, cites the legal source at every mandatory field, freezes published versions with a checksum and attaches QR code and link to the Shopify product.
