Privacy Policy

Protecting your data matters to us. Below we explain the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website.

1. Controller

Responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is Artur Hoffmann (zrapp.group), Okenstraße 352b, 77652 Offenburg, Germany. Contact: support@zrapp.de, phone +49 1522 6939034 (Mon–Fri 8–17 CET). Full provider details are in the imprint.

2. Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted by a provider within the EU. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are served locally from our own server — there is no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party CDNs, and your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

3. Cookies & local storage

This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. For convenience features such as your language and theme choice we use only technically necessary local storage (localStorage) in your browser; this data stays local and is not transmitted to us or third parties (§ 25 (2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact & app enquiries

If you contact us via the form, we process the data provided (name, email, your message) solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). For the technical delivery of the form we use the provider Formcarry (data processing and hosting in Frankfurt, EU), with whom a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place; no data is transferred to third countries. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is only passed on to third parties where necessary to perform a contract, where you have consented, or where there is a legal obligation. Any processors used are contractually bound under Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

7. Data security

We use up-to-date technical and organisational measures (incl. TLS encryption) to protect your data against unauthorised access.
